there are available books that tells you you can learn C++ in 28 days and so on.. but bottomline is, it really depends on how much time and effort you are willing to spend everyday to learn the language.
once you've learn the basic, it's time for you to dig deeper... what i mean is every program you write gives you new experience... the more experience you have in programming, the better you get... then finally, you become a master in that language. ^ ^

You can't spell worth a **** for claiming to have an IQ of 118. I wouldn't trust you with my computer.
IQ isn't necessarily anything special, so quit bragging.
