imagine the following taking place, say someone says in a Trial that a parent went to a visitation, just getting off work, hands and shirt are dirty, this person is told to wash his hands and then the person claims to have a shirt in the car to change, so he goes and changes and washes his hands, then continues through the visit, after the visit takes place he learns of an appointment to which he should go to, now the witness says she had to drive him to the appointment, claiming the he would have to take a bus to the appointment, but she would end up leaving the appointment before it was over, but the gentleman would end up having to take a bus home,

Am i Lying or telling the truth

now now, you have to look deep into this and really imagine it to make since of it, once you make sence of it, you will be able to tell if its a lie or its the truth

Well, you said imagine so I'm guessing your tale was fiction. It also didn't make much sense.

actually the appointment was a last minute appointment due to high fever, but believe this or not this is from an actual trial that i just went through, and nothing was done about it, even though she continued to lie about other things, even said that during visits the parents didnt do anything, and when asked if the parents picked up the child (she answered yes), asked if they patted the child ( she answered yes) asked if they attemtped to change the child, play with the child and among other things ( she answered yes) now from my understanding that is alot more then nothing

Why would he get driven or take a bus when this person has already stated that they have a clean shirt in the car that they arrived at the house in so your lying.
