Don't listen to the bozos who say it affects the baby. Unless your friend is at high risk for having pre-term labor it is perfectly fine to have sex while you are pregnant. I am pregnant with #4 and have enjoyed a very good sex life while pregnant as the hormones and the extra blood volume makes areas much more sensitive. If she is having pain, she should talk to her doctor. Some women do have issues and need to use lubrication while pregnant as hormones can cause that. If it feels like it's more in her bones, she can try other positions to help keep pressure off her pelvis. What works best for us, especially late in pregnancy, is I lay on my side and my husband is behind me. I get the benefit on laying on my right side which is great for the baby as it improves blood circulation to the baby plus my hubby has full access to everything!

Hope this helps and best of luck to your friend!

Make sure to empty the bladder before and after can cause spasms. Also try different positions. Your uterus is swelling and changing position. If it still hurts , wait and check with MD Maybe lay off for a while. And no your baby wont be retarded because you had sex during pregnancy. In fact happy mom happy baby.

All the sex managed to get her pregnant, right?

Cant she just avoid sex in this stage, specially if she's having the pain etc.? It is this time to think of the baby, read good books,
be happy, eat well, as all this will go towards making the child a happy born kid.

Want him to be born wearing a condom on his head?

You can do the love making act but with the same vigour as you were ding it while you was not pregnant.Yes do not be rash
use some less power and do it in a caring way and in slow motion, you should also be careful while choosing the pose, it should be like that it do not create inconvenience to any of you,you will enjoy and it wont hurt.

Use lubrication. It just isn't as wet as it should be. Having sex is actually good.. you get in some exercises, gets the blood pumping even in the right area and keeps the 'exit' in shape.
