If you have some one to talk to, this should help. Pour your heart out to them, tell them everything. This will help you cry and also it will help you to know that someoone knows how your feeling.
If you dont have any one to talk to, would you consider seeing a doctor/ I know how hard this can be, even just to admit how you feel but it can truely save your life.
I think talking is a really good way of relieving your feeling, when you hear yourself speaking out loud, you hopefully feel like crying. Another way is to write it down in a letter in just words. Try writing a poem about your feelings.
Remember crying is very important especialy when you feel like this.

I've been in the same situation before, I went through a bout of depression for a few years, was doing fine for a while, and over the past few months i've started slipping back :(
Personally I find a good cry does wonders making you feel alot better although it doesn't actually help accomplish anything.
What i do is look at pics or remember happy times when things were normal and i was happy...usually that kick starts the tears...I suppose it all depends if theres a specific reason why you are depressed

Try looking for some professional help! Crying is like laughing, eating, sleeping, talking - basic things of human beings. If you cant perform properly any of this, there is some serious issue going on. Good Luck, and I hope you will cry soon :)

Try reading this post again over and over and over, etc. Do it until you cry. But I don't think crying is gonna help you. Try going out somewhere and meet people. Or find a hobby and just be yourself. If you don't know who you are, you're nobody, so try finding yourself in any way possible.

i don't know how to cry either. i don't know whether onions would work. but i watch a really sad movie and relate to my life and then i come really close to crying, i cry a single tear. and it upsets me cuz i can't cry anymore than that. try to cry if it doesn't work, music, is soulful listen to it. it really does help. as well as writing down your thoughts and ideas and anything you are feeling down. somewhere where u can say anything u want. paper can be kinder than ppl.

take a lime or onion
cut them
boil them with hot water(one small bowl is okay)
put some salt
pour all of it to your eyes
u goanna cry like u never have

i knw how u feel..consult a doctor 2 give u anti depression pills that way it will supress ur depression 'n u can let out ur emotions better...
