my cousin past away a few weeks ago.Last night i had a dream that we were with him and all his friends and he told my mom not to worry he'l take care of me,he'l find me a man...i told him the things i wud 'n wudnt do 'n he said in that case he'l find me a man in the city i currently live in....i just recovered 4rm a heartbreak (not a big one realy)..im 19..wat does it mean?

If you ask different people and look in different dream dictionaries, you will get different answers. My dreams often "mean" nothing, they're just a jumble of things that I was thinking about before I went to bed.
It's natural to see someone that you knew in dreams after they've gone, so that's not abnormal. If he was the type that was protective of you, that's normal, too. If he was talking to your mom, that might be a que that your mother is worried for you in real life. (After my heartbreak, I went into a deep depression and my mother was really scared for me). Yours doesn't seem as serious as mine was, though, so maybe she's worried about something else?
You might be ready to date again. It seems like it, anyway. How were you reacting to what your cousin was saying in the dream? If you, in the dream, were disgusted, you probably aren't ready. Anything else, I'd say take a shot. :)
Sorry that you went through all you just did, you'll find your way. Just don't go out with someone because your dream said to. If you have chemistry, then you have chemistry.

Maybe it is b'coz u loved ur brother very much and really helped u in little and big things and similar goes with him even he loved u and took care of u ...................Maybe u just wanted to share all this (cauesed by ur heartbreak) with someone so it was brother who really loved u and took care of u
