start respecting nature as it deserves to be respected.give space to river &oceans .donot build cities close to this two by reclaiming land by dumping soil in sea or oceans.Avoid having mega projects close to civilisations like dams.Total planning of cities with proper drainage system cleaned & silted regularly.Above all a system wherein each one respect the other human being as humanely as possible.
