this often happens but you should engage your self in some other activities along with job search to refresh your mind. i know it is not easy to divert your attention to something other than job search but watching a movie, talking to friends, listening to music will help you to some extent.
second thing, job search itself is a full time job. stay focused and one day you will get what u want.

Go to a local arms dealer. Buy a ten gauge shotgun and some ammunition. Then, drive, or take a bus, to Nebraska. Go to a cornfield. Walk into the middle of it. Put the barrel of the ten gauge shotgun in your mouth. Put your finger on the trigger, pull the trigger back, and wait for employers to come to you!

i believe you are looking for a job that suits your education level..
it is a good idea to find a part time job or something temporary until you get your dream job
it will give you money and will make you feel much better

you need to do a s-w-o-t analysis, ie, try to find out your strengths - weaknesses - opportunities - threats. you need to seek a job which matches your strengths and abilities and interests. in case you are lacking in any of these, try to cultivate more of that and then seek job again.
