There are many techniques to do this, all depend on the person doing it. For starters, take more time in pleasing her; this is called foreplay. Caress every inch of her body except her breasts and genitals for at least a good 10 to 20 minutes, interchanging constantly your hands and your lips: this means touching softly, not grabbing. This will no doubt arouse you, but stay focused on giving her more pleasure than you receive.

There are many creams, lotions that have a slight numbing effect on the penis but also for some, the use of a condom prolongs ejaculation. At worst, some toothache remedies such as Orajel or hemorrhoidal tratments such as Nupercaine would work...use a very small amount...too much will cause all loss of sensitivity.
