condoms are not safe @ any time. They're only 98% safe. Nothing is 100% safe. You can still get STD even if you're wearing one on.

I busted a condom with a hooker once. What happened is she gave me a massage with baby-oil, and I gave her a massage with the same baby-oil. After I put the condom on I "rubbed" myself on her and got some baby-oil on the condom. Not much, just a littlebit.
When I finished and pulled it out the condom was nothing more than a c0ck-ring. I was horrified. Turns out she was o.k. so I was relieved. However, now I don't even think about using baby-oil for foreplay.
