Try taking really hot baths at ngiht before going to bed if possible.

I would suggest heating pads but thats dangerous to leave on while your asleep.

I dont know how those Icy Hot patches work, but if you can leave them on at night and they work for your kinda needs, maybe you can try it.

leg cramps at night are sometimes caused by electrolyte imbalances, usually low sodium or low calcium. Sometimes you can drink gatorade and take calcium suppliments and it will help. The only way to know for sure though is to have your doctor draw labs and see what is low.

Potassium and calcium will help. Also you might try to walk a bit before bedtime. Propping your feet up at night can help as well. Quinine helps too, you can get seltzer with quinine in any grocery store. If all else fails see your doctor.

try using iodised salt, but limit ur overall salt intake if u have a very low salt intake u can try taking some iodised salt ina glass of warm water. but u dont want to iver do salt if u already have a high intake, but do switch to iodised. when u get a cramp pull ur toes toward ur chest (upwards) this will help.

hay girl ,i have been there, put 2 pillowes under your legs lay flat and sleep like that in the am ,you will feel better

eat a banana or take a potassium supplement or try wearing support stocking or socks to bed

try eating a bannana every day,elevate your legs and also talk to your doctor.
