There's actually an overlap. All knowledge and wisdom is originally from God, and some of it He put in the Bible (the best of it He did), but some of it is accessible to anyone, even if they don't read the Bible.

A lot of wisdom, common sense, etc. . is both in the Bible and known by many who have never opened a Bible, and who learned it on their own, etc. . . stuff like the necessity of hard work and diligence, wisdom in investing, how to treat others, etc . .

Knowledge and wisdom come from an understanding of humanity's history, one's own life experiences, one's observations of others, and logical thinking. There is no evidence for an in-built "morality" nor some kind of inherited wisdom. Nor is there evidence that there is a spiritual source of such wisdom.

The major religeons of the world have all arrived at the same commonsense view of what is right or wrong: Don't hurt people, don't steal things, behave towards others as you would wish them to behave towards you etc, but these tenets have been derived from observation and logic and not passed down from any "higher authority".

There is only one root to knowledge and wisdom: The indispensable drive of humans to satisfy curiosity. It is neither biblical nor physically inspired. If you take a look at human development you will find out that there is a move in balance between physical development and religion. Take a look at Galileo Galilei when he found out that the earth isn´t the center of the Universe and how this cognition was fought by the church.

Both. Anyone can acquire knowledge & wisdom by searching for it; you learn from life's everyday experiences, such as simply talking to someone new & gaining from their life experiences. However, true wisdom comes from God, you only have to ask. "But it is the spirit of the Almighty God that comes to men and gives them wisdom." Job 32:8 (look it up if you want to verify this!)

Knowledge, comes from the amount time one spends learning and what you learn. Then widen your knowledge by learning many many different subjects or become well known in one field.
Wisdom, comes with time as in age and your experiences in life. One might say that, "wisdom comes with knowledge and experiences in life".
