The meaning of life is to search LIFE'S MEANING. The religious books/saints can at the most give some indicative interpretations but the aspirant has to travell himself on this journey of tracing out meaning. It is complex subject and cannot be given out in couple of sentences. The journey's first step is utmost desire to know it. Well begginning is done. Congratulations. Yes to earn and expend -to develop relationships - tobe busy in worldly affairs is not real meaning. God has made you in his own image with higher aims. Meditate and pray sincerely. HE will enlighten you. No shortcut, if you are sincere.

awesome question! i believe we choose not only the parents we are born to the body we have and the life we live way before we enter..only without all the details...we choose the illnesses we have and the joy and all the people that we are connected...i also believe when we exit...the joy and all the sorrow we choose to have in this life is pre determined not by "god" but by your guides and yourself...we are not just tiny little pawns on the stage of life all helpless , as any religion would have you believe, we are all here for a reason and we all have a specific agenda...what that agenda is depends on your own special circumstances... we are here to learn about each other and ourselves

It should be Life and then some, but, after a certain point, it cost way to much money, to medically keep them in jail. What is the point of the court giving someone 3 consecutive life sentences!
