the reason why your moniter is going out could be because of your video drivers. if you have a ati video card installed in your computer you should look into getting updated drivers. by doing so this will resolve many of your video conflicts.

Sounds like a virus . Have u got any antivirus software? If u dont have a virus just try using a different program like winamp or windows media. Good luck.

Try unsing another Player...such as Nero Show Time... or some others...

or try to do defragmentation of ur computer... like clear all the temps and others....

it also couldn't hurt to have it checked for viruses. .

go do an online scan at:

http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/ActiveScan.htm

it's free and will tell you if you have any virus problems.

(I would also go to www.download.com and download Spybot Search & Destroy, install it, click to update the virus/spyware definitions from the internet, and then when it's updated run a scan and fix all the bad stuff it finds). .
