If she is into wildlife etc, how about adopting a Tiger from Born Free, my wife loved hers. We also had the opportunity to go see her at the sanctuary in Ashford. Sadly it is no longer there. Dolphins are also available.
Or for something really out of this world how about giving her the Moon and Stars, then you can tell her you are going to make love to her outside under her own piece of Heaven, because that is what you are to me. Not you and me you understand...!
