Noooooooooooooo. The "point" of life is to realize that there isn't a point.
But, if you can't accept that (or just don't care what the point is, like me), sex and drugs are perfectly acceptable goals in life.

From an evolutionary standpoint, yes. That is, if you reproduce sexually. The majority of organisms do not.
Anyway, nothing is a higher biological priority than reproduction. Not food, water, even survival. It sounds crazy, but think about it for a sec: four versions of the same organism are born simultaneously. All have an instict for reproduction, food, water and survival. But each one has a different top priority. Which one is more likely to reproduce? You might think that reproduction is impossible without the other three, but that's only true until the organism is able to reproduce. Several species forego all three of the others for a chance to reproduce. Some ensure their own death, such as the preying mantis.
So as the man once said, a chicken is just an egg's way of making another egg.

Having children is really the ultimate aim in life. But since you have to have sex to make them, I suppose I'd have to say yes.

Sex is a human need for survival, but an ultimate aim of life? Its very enjoyable but something is wrong if that is what you're basing your existence on.
