Oh - got the greatest book on this ever, and it won't cost you very much. I bet you can get it for postage if you buy it used off of Amazon. This is Dr. Atkins: "Vita-Nutrient Solution". Dr. Atkins was a heart doctor - had a clinic in NYC - didn't believe in drugs. So he treated his patients with vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats and some herbs. So he lists all these vitamins and his experience with them in his practice. I read the covers off the first copy I had.

vitamin k is definitely to help clot the blood it is highest in the human body at 8 days of age the age the so called god of the israelites told his followers to circumcise thier firstborn. interestingly.

The answer on blood clotting is completely correct! My vet prescribed this for my dog with hemophilia and it worked great.

im on blood thiners and cant have vitamin k foods all green stuff, and some potate chips have v-k the low fat chips, i miss eating all my greens cause im on blood thiners,
