I’ve tried exercising before, during, and even after… it helps my health over all but not my cramps!!
Midol is a joke to my cramps, I almost overdosed tryin’ to kill the pain and ended up not knowing that Midol had Tylenol in it that was a dumb mistake now I know what that “A” word means LOL.
I’m Vegan and eat plenty of greens…
Ok, I’ll admit I like sugar, and I have been working on my water intake…
But I swear being hydrated with water will probably NOT get rid of them…

By the way Midol is NOT natural and has plenty of side effects including rashes and what not (read the box)...

Ok if I take Ibuprofen during, it's not that great...
BUT
my Doc did tell me I should try it too, but she said it will only work for me if I take it a DAY BEFORE my period that way it stays in my system... but I don't keep track of when I'm gonna start, so I haven't been able to try that ... I guess that could be another Q to ask, how do I know when I'll start LOL it's not like I get PMS to tell me LOL that would be better then cramps any day!!!

Ok could anyone actually TELL me what Natural Herbs I should be looking for?!?

As for the heating pads I'll try them, but I tryed hot washcloths (which I'd assume is the same concept just wetter LOL) and that really didn't do much UNLESS I was laying in bed as still as possible LOL then they helped, but how would I walk around with a heating pad on, and go to work and school and still be able to THINK, dudes I can NOT think when I AM in PAIN, it's like my Kryptonight LOL. Forreal!

Uhm, well.
This only works for my knees but I take a really really hot bath, then my knees dont hurt no more the rest of the week.

For the Cramps I usually put a heating pad on my stomach.

Theres natural Herbs out there that may work for you if you dont want to take Midol or whatever else is used.
I highly suggest researching before getting an Herb though, Any kind of herb, and read ALOT up on it. As much as you can!

Hope this helps ya!! :)

Midol and a heating pad!!! I buy those pads for my daughter that instantly heat and relieves her painful cramps while she's at work! They last for 8 hours and they're found right by feminine products, you just peal off the backing and Root likes to put hers on her lower back, especially on heavy days! She always thanks me for finding them! Aleve has a notation on the bottle not to use for too long a period because it can cause many things, so stick to Midol!

Midol works for me.
Drinks lots of water during your period to help flush you out. Eat healthier food.

I can relate to you but i think different people react to drugs differently. What i normally do is:

1) I avoid spicy or cold food (ie: food with chilli or cold drinks)
- I'd opt for warm / hot drinks even when the weather is killing me

2) Sleep on my side with my knee raised towards my chest

3) Drink plenty of h2o

4) Panadol for mentrual pain - you can get it from your local pharmacy (this is my last resort)

Oh sweetie...
Trust me. I know exactly how you feel. I go through the same thing every month. Its horrible.

I usually take a couple of aspirins and keep a heating pad over my tummy. It usually helps.

Keep taking the ibuprofen and increase your salt and water intake durring your period. ( that doesn't mean drink saltwater) that means salt your food at meal time and drink LOTS and LOTS of water durring your period. You might feel bloated but it won't hurt as much.
