Here in Arizona it is getting very very hot during the day. I would say it's approaching the 110 degrees or more weather right about now. Soon we will be getting monsoons, so we will have humidty and heat. The rain does tend to cool the area down though for some relief during the summer. I enjoy a good rain here when we can get it.

We are having a field day in Bombay. Last year the monsoon wrecked havoc, with water level rising 15 feet in the city, houses
gutted, electricity switched off to avoid electroculation, car
passengers suffocating to death,as the automatic glass windows would not work as the exhaust was blocked & the motor wouldnt start. No food, water, milk and essential supplies for a week. No transportation-road,rail-air traffic came to a halt. One Boeing skidded off the runway, thank God no one was hurt.
Everybody blamed the Govt,The city developers, the encroachers
Untill, Untill USA was also submerged by the typhoon.
We Indians were sympathetic,as the damaged was inflicted by nature even on the GREAT AMERICA.
Past week was a repeatition of last years. But thankfully, this time we were prepared. Storm drains were cleaned in advance,
rescue teams put on guard by the Navy & fisherfolks, essential
comodities stock was piled up,local/FM Radio announced where flooding was, advising not to venture out, except in an emergency.
Now the weather has cleared, the land is dried up,and the Bombay man is out as usual.
Every monsoon we have the same problem in the over populated
city of Bombay. But thats the spirit of Bombay. An over crowded city, with a million strength of floating population every day, with a total cosmopolitan atmosphere one cannot find anywhere in the world....so many religions, customs, languages, types of food,
music, dance forms, manners, tycoons-industrialists-workforce-
technicians-businessmen-hawkers-beggars-thiefs,all co-exisiting.
Such a wondeful place, you must come down & experience it

I was in Torquay last week, and the weather was nice one minute, and then rainy the next.
Today I am looking out to a windy and rainy back garden. Still, that gives me an excuse to sleep all day!

Im in York UK, as I look at my window theres lots of white clouds, the occasionally blue bit, its much fresher than it has been. Its the sort of day when you want to go walking on a hill, the breeze blowing the cobwebs away!
