How will affect your patronage to bars in your state that don't allow smoking. Do you agree that the government has the right to take away your personal freedom such as lighting up a smoke in a public place ? I wonder how Benjamin Franklin would answer that question.

Unfortunately smoke doesn't know how to keep within a range around smokers. Many people don't like to smoke. And it would be negligent to allow smoking given that we now know the health affects.

I totally agree that government should band smoking. It doesn't mean that your government take away your personal freedom, it means that they care so much about u, they just don't want you to destroy yourself. Morever, they seem to think alot about environment. You the one who smoke may not know how your smoke pollute the air. All in all, government is still right to care about this problem.

Smokers always ramble on about their rights, but they never consider non-smokers. Put it this way, my not smoking near you in a bar does you no harm at all. You smoking near me makes me stink, and even worse, endangers my health. Surely that's enough reason to ban it!

Agree. You don't have a right to infringe on other people in that way.
