When a common man in India awakes and not fall into the pits of politicians (divide and rule policy) which they dig for them. Education is surely one another thing which would change the scenario.

Killing leaders is not an option. Remember when the parliament was attacked. Had the attack been successful, then we would have been leaderless for a certain period & then be replaced by second grade leaders of that particular ruling party.
DID you all see the Aamir Khan starrer " Rang De Basanti" , the character of Karan ( Siddarth) says " Killing politicians is not the solution. We youngsters should enter the Police force , the IAS & become a part of politics to run the country better. We all say that politics is dirty , why not we youngsters clean it up then??
