most likely are your injectors there was actually a recall on them I believe from 1999 upto 2002. Anything else is because you did not take good care of it or missused it. Some owners forget to change the tranmission oil as recomended and wear down the components, also the U joints should be inspected often and grease the ones that are grasable.
