It creates a horrible smell, and I dont seee any water dripping from underneath my car wen the ac is on.

Passenger side, engine firewall, lower part of the car. It will be a little black tube. You can remove the tube normally to clean it with a piece of wire. If this proves not to be the cause, go with the other suggestions.

Yup, it's the heater core. It happened to my car as well. Wasen't even using the heater.

should check if is not your heating core line that is busted. Check your coolant fluid level and if it is low or none at all. Is your heating core line or radiator.
