Technically, if you're wearing a flag around your groin, you're not streaking. You have to take the flag off and wave it in the air.
The IOC passed a rule in 2004 that anyone streaking in a game of international competition must have his wee-wee whacked with a wooden spoon.
But, it's only one swat per inch. So, it won't be so bad.

i think of the shortcoming of Suarez for this sport is an excellent loss for Uruguay, Holland have not been scoring many targets so I anticipate this to be tight and does not be shocked if it went to time beyond regulation or outcomes, I fancy this is going to likely be a million-0 to Holland nonetheless.
