Hey! Good luck! I'm trying too :-) The best thing to do is make sure you know your natural rhythm / period times etc etc. Your egg is only fertile for one day in the cycle and sperm is alive & kicking for 2-3 days. So, work out when your fertile and from a few days before this start jumping on your man every second day at least! :-) Practice makes perfect & it's fun :-) There are test kits to find out when your fertile but their expensive and usually a one use only thing. I got a kit called "Maybe Baby" It's reusable and you use your saliva not pee so it's clean & more conveniant too. And as I said, practice, practice, practive. All the old wives tales do nothing. It's all in the timing. Go for it girl! Good Luck! XX

This will work....
The 15th, 16th and 17th day of your cycle have sex all 3 days.
As for sexual position get on top and backwards (facing husband's feet). This is effective for women with tilted or prolapsed cervixes.
After he ejaculates lie on your back with legs up in the air for a few minutes. This gives the sperm more time to find the ovum.

I know it sounds silly but it does work.

We tried a lot of different positions for best penetration, also only having sex every 3 days helps to build up sperm count. I've also heard of icing/cooling down testicles -
Studies have shown that testicular temperatures of 93 degrees or more can hurt the production and storage of sperm. Some people might call you crazy for icing down your testicles, but it's actually a well-recognized method of fertility-enhancement.

I'd also advise you start taking pre-natal vitamins and progesterone supplements now.

After your man ejaculates remain in be with a pillow under your legs and remain there for a while it will also help to have an orgasm after he ejaculates. When you have an orgasm your cervix will dip down into the vagina where the semen is and it will increase the chance of you becoming pregnant. This worked for my wife and I.
Good luck and have fun

keep a chart of your temperature every morning before you even move. record when your temp peaks, I think this is where your ovulation occurs. You want to have egg and sperm meeting within a day or two of ovulation.
there are tons of pages on-line on this subject.
Good luck,
