My thoughts? You can't spell. It's Racism, not Rascism.
Also you don't have to wear pillow cases over your head or tattoo a swastika on your face to be racist. Racism is insidious. You can justify being nasty, rude or indifferent to someone of a different race and tell yourself they deserved it, but also convince yourself that you were not racist as well. That's why when you ask anyone if they are racist, most would say 'No'. However to the person on the receiving end of that attitude, it is very obvious and in their face.
How do you tell someone they are being racist when that happens?
There is an assumption that only people who are in a racist organizations or spew racial insults at people are the only racists, but it also occurs on an everyday level, like at retail outlets, hailing a cab or dealing with Public Service organizations.
It seems an unbridgeable concept for people who have not experienced racism to fully understand what the word means
and that is why it will keep on being perpetuated.

Stereotypes are cruel and propose, yet i do not imagine maximum folk comprehend how a lot they use them, even if or not they say they're antagonistic to and hate them, they nonetheless use them daily. i take advantage of stereotypes lots. I my best attempt now to not, yet you truly can not help it. get mutually: i do not ignore that an excellent style of people imagine that those who like twilight are throughout obsessed followers who would provide something to marry Edward or Jacob and then grow to be a vampire. yet i visit call ten people off the full of my head who've examine(and loved) twilight and are compared to that. those are some fantastically unhappy stereotpyes i found in a poem the day earlier on the on the spot: i'm skinny, so i should be anorexic. i'm EMO, so i ought to reduce my wrists. i'm compared to all of us ELSE, so i should be a loser. i'm overweight, so i must have a situation with self administration. i'm non secular, so i ought to shove my beliefs down your throat. i'm an ATHEIST, so i ought to hate the international. i'm PREPPY, so i ought to shun those who do not placed on Abercrombie & Hollister. i'm positive, so i should be complete of myself. i'm a teen, so i ought to drink and do drugs. I placed on BLACK, so i should be goth. I were given A vehicle FOR MY BIRTHDAY, so i should be a spoiled brat. I have immediately A'S, so i might want to do not have any social existence. i like J-POP, so i should be an Asian wannabe. I’m WHITE movie star, so i ought to connect Disney. .....See what I propose? even although some people would say those at the on the spot are not authentic, you won't be able to deny that they seem to be a number of the first profiles you get on your head once you seem at someone. And racism? nicely, that is in simple terms unhappy. i'm not racist, i visit't be because I have relations from fantastically a lot all aspects of the international. As for the people who're, all i'm gonna say is this; you're lacking out on acquaintances, relationships, possibilities, jobs, money, and a hell of a lotta love in case you imagine shunning one or extra races is gonna make your existence any extra acceptable than that's now. ~Sorry for the dimensions. i am hoping I were given my factor for the time of ^^ Animes: Code Geass Ouran Host club Tsubasa Kayate the strive against Butler TMoHS Hetalia: Axis Powers Soul Eater +Anima the following and There, Then and Now Azumanga Daioh AA Luna Kingdom Hearts Negima Naruto ...and the record is going on and on =_="

Rascism is one of the bitter truth of this 21st century like that of pollution and casteism. Even after the civil war US doesn't posses full protection from rascism, but all their top atheletes are of other colors than those businessmen (who are certainly of another color), and every American should proud of both the races.

Racism refers to various belief systems maintaining that humans can be separated into various groups based on physical attributes and that these groupings determine or influence cultural or individual achievement or the essential value of human beings. This can lead to hostility against individuals based on a perceived or ascribed "race".
therefore racism is about wanting to assert moral superiority by high-lighting our differences in a negative sense. Therefore racism is inherently evil, but to a greater or lesser extent we have the ability to be racist in all of us. Scary, but true and we need to recognize when we are being racist. This doesn't mean you are frightened to speak unless you offend some ethnic minority, but so we can recognize the basic idea of what is right and what is wrong in a multi-cultural sense.

You would say that wouldn't you!
Of course there are other ways to feeling superior. Why doesn't someone point out to these racists then that they would feel much better about themselves if they berated EVERYONE, and not just people that are not the same race as themselves.

You and I see this thing eye to eye. I think racists are those who don't have self-confidence and have to put other people down to make themselves feel better about themselve. The Germans and the Japanese, during the WWII, both called themselves Master Race. Wow, what a boast!!! And what happened to these Master Races? They LOST the war!!! So I don't think racists or racism can win.

Racism is a total waste of time. I've yet to figure out what gives the whites the right to think they are superior to all the other races. The Chinese, Arabs and Indians produced ideas and inventions far superior to anything the whites have produced.

the whole "racial awareness" thing was drummed into my head in high school, but it always seemed the people of differennt races from me(I am white of baltic descent) lived up to there stereotypes.and I lived up to my own, without realizing it.The KKK is an extreme group of haters.but ,despite the LIE of pollitcal correctness,I think that most of us can get along. We dont have to love eachother, but we dont have to be pricks to each other, either,a little respect could suffice.Carlos Mencia says it all.

It's an irrational reaction to one of the least important features in a person: their colour. And it's manipulated, so people cannot join and work together for a common goal.

Stop worrying about racism and racists. If I have to focus on someone else's issues and shortcomings, perhaps it's so that I can avoid my own or I need to feel better about myself by somehow being "better than" the racist or other idiot. Get over it. Live YOUR life.
