MEXICO has never won the World Cup, not even reaching the semi-finals. their best results was in 1970 & 1986 when they reached the quarter-finals, ironically they were the host nation.

No. Their best ever finish was the quarterfinals, which they achieved twice. However, they have never gone past the round of 16 in a world cup outside Mexico (both quarterfinal appearances were in Mexico.

nope, they only made it to quarter quarter finals twice, in 1970 and 1986, when the world cup was held in Mexico
