build a trench along the side of the flowers so that the excess water can run into it and dry the plant. After the ground is dry, cover the trench up.

Put it under sunshine and dun water for mayeb 2 days .. till the water drys up

if you grow flower plants in pots then put them in sunshine. though how much water you give them depends on kind of flower plant.
