The best glue to use for such a project is actually the spray adhesive found in your local craft store. I found 3M brand is the best. This glueeliminates the hassle of getting goo on your glitter and fingers and it dries quickly! Just remember to sprinkle the glitter on quickly also!

Good luck!

There is ur problem for a start, dont put them on glitter card. as the glue sets it pulls the glitter off and loosens the letters. Try adding them to normal card then adding a little glitter round it on even on the letters.

i use E6000 for almost anything (have had it bond metal to metal!)...it dries clear and pliable.... you may want to try
gem tac (dishwaher safe glass to glass) also dries clear less pliable however...the spray glue may be of assistance as an extra layer or coating over entire project.....ialso liked the first responders suggestion IF u were using glitter cards...but i think there could be misinterpreted your Q.as to what kind of card u were using...anywho....goodluck..
