Press 'MENU' button on the monitor. Look for 'Rotate/Tilt' option, press it, now you will see something like '90deg/Inverse/Reverse' Press it and you will get your screen back.

Turn yourself upside down...then the screen will be right side up for you again! LOL! j/k...(Sorry! I couldn't resist!)

If you have a manual for your monitor, find what you're supposed to do/access to fix your screen.

it's mostly bcos of some codec u've installed recently.
so, it's better if u uninstall it.

if ur video drivers are intel ones...u can open the intel display panel and there's an option to rotate ur screen....u can use it by rotating it 180 degrees.
