A girl who is comfortable with who she is.
It works both ways. That's how I feel about guys, the more comfortable they are with themselves, the more sexy they are to me. Insecurity is not sexy at all.

Athletic and fit. A woman who plays or does a sport is more outgoing *and* she's got the energy to do anything. Sporting women also tend to be better educated.
I would rather see a million women like Mia Hamm, Gabrielle Reece or Martina Hingis than Pamela Anderson. Anderson is a mutt.
