Trinidad and Tobago or Ghana, depending on what you mean by "minnow". Trinidid and Tobago, I believe, had the worst odds on winning the tournament, and managed to get a tie against Sweden, as well as hold England off for 83 minutes before allowing a goal. I dont know Ghana's odds, but they were better than T&T's, thats for sure. While a fair amount of people considered Ghana either the best or second best team in Africa, they were still not expected to advance through the other "Group of Death", and did with marvelous wins over the Czech Republic and United States. Then they fought bravely against Brazil, but were incredibly unlucky. So, those are your winners.

TRINIDAD & TOBAGO, being the smallest country ever to qualify for the finals, they have given their fans something to remember. although they didn't score a goal, they managed to earn themselves a point against the much fancied SWEDEN side.
