This problem will occur when A) you visit a site for game cracks or B) you have clicked a pop up requiring you to install somthing. The pop-up that is you are experencing is spyware installed straight to your computer. The way to remove this problem is:

1) Run Numerous Ad-Aware SE (or what ever version you have) checks untill you have stoped that unwanted pop-up in your right hand screen poping up.

2) once done 3-4 times run norton antivirus

3)This is the final step if norton dose not show with any thing run HIJACK THIS it will find the remaining problem and then you have uninstalled the newsance finally.

PS: do not install the program it tells you to, it contains a Trojan and a Worm virus.

Thanks

Yes, I have had this problem before with a company called PayPopup. It auto-installed with no permission at all, and in 5 minute intervals, opened POPUPS, when I wasn't even CONNECTED to the internet (They were stored on the computer.) But anyways, I contacted the company, and threatened to sue for privacy invasion (as it did send info back to them on my browsing records). They didn't take me seriously, so I filed a court order for $25 dollars against them just to show I wasn't kidding.

And voila, they responded.

The moral is: Take force against these companies. What they are doing is wrong, and needs to be stopped by any means necessary.
