My little girl dropped her brothers in the fish aquarium. Have you looked there yet?
I set things on shelves and those picks are flat so they might be hard to see.
top of the fridge. back of the toilet. uummmm
under the fridge, stove, appliances.
did you check the couch cushions?
those things are small.. just go and buy some more. They can't be to expensive.

I'm always losing my pick and I pretty much always find it under the bed. What I do now is just scatter a whole bunch of picks everywhere in my room, that way you can always find one.

well, if it's an acoustic guitar, try looking inside the guitar. I used to accidentally drop mine in the hole of the guitar, of course, I was usually drunk

look by the phone and by the computer. possibly something interrupted your playing and you inadvertently set it down.
then check your washer and dryer
You ever look for your cell phone while on it? I do it often
