Yeah, theres no reason you shouldnt be able to work, especially part time, while pregnant, as long as the job does not require strenuous activity such as lifting more than 25 lbs. Im 28 weeks along right now and I work full time hours (13 hour shifts) with no problems.. If you're going to be standing alot, as you get further along, i would definatly suggest you investing in a belly support belt though, having the extra weight in front pulling down definatly puts strain on your back..

You can work right up to the day of delivery,as long as the job doesn't require heavy lifting or anything that would cause harm to you or your baby! Finding someone that will hire you, knowing that you will only be working a short time, and will require days off for doctor visits etc. is another thing!

if you're in the US, I'm pretty sure they can't use your pregnancy as an excuse not to hire you. I don't even think they can ask if you're pregnant if you're showing. they can not hire you for any number of reasons like you don't have the experience needed or if they're just not hiring at the time. unless the job you're applying for requires heavy lifting or anything like that, I wouldn't tell them until after you're hired.

Yes you can work up to the day. Don't know if you'd want to but you can. But also you might want to look into some parenting classes. And as far as being " unacceptable " as that one "ARI " said forget him. There is nothing more beautiful than a new life and a new mommy. Good luck and GOD bless:)

Yeah u can even work full time if ur pregnancy permits. I worked full time last year when i was prego with my son, until i had complications then i worked part time until i was like 5 months then i had to go on bed rest, but as ling as ur OB allows it go for it. It also very healthy for you to work while you're prego, will keep you reasonably fit, keep your spirits high, and make your delivery that much easier

I worked at a retail store while I was pregnant, but I got the job first. You should just apply and see. You'll never know until you try.
