People do have more manners and etiquette, you are just left behind with traditional English manners. Get out a little - see the rest of the world.
People lack a consistent social background for etiquette to exist. How do you know how to behave in a culture you have not been in for long? They might think YOU behave like an animal.
I don't want to be a gentleman. I'd prefer to be treated like a lady - except for the less pay thing, but if I had a nice man to go out and earn the money and do all the work that I should be doing, I wouldn't complain. You do realise women have been cross-dressing for a good part of the last century and all don't you? Who does where the pants in a modern household, and who is wearing a dress?
Be nice, don't be too judgemental, take no offence unless someone is being unkind to you. I think that is the basis of good manners and etiquette.

I do what I can, but it can get a little excruciating. Things wil never be perfect. Many people arent taught exactly how to act. Move to a bigger city and surround yourself with richer people and you will still find things that bother you. Human are animals after all. Your question makes you sound a little arrogant, just rember that having youre nose in the air is just as rude as sneezing on someones plate. even if people ar emaking you uncomfortable, have some pride. manners are to make people comfortable.

Because they don't have enough time to learn good manners and right etiquette. So they are not familiar with that words!

Because modern society have let go of most of their scrupples, morals, and common sense, and found it easier to just not care about their fellow human beings. It has basically become an "it's all about me" world, and nobody values their own reputation. They do act like uncivilized animals thriving off their primal instincts, I agree with you whole heartedly.

Ettiquette and manners are cultural and must be learned accordingly. You would be surprised at what is proper for differing cultures. what you may call bad manners here, may be the height of compliment to someone in a different country.

because they get bored? You can't judge people for their etiquette and manners... Bush surely has etiquette and manners but is a nazi... so it's better to judge people for what they do not what they pretend to be.
