Laughter and Love are simple visceral feelings that are intrinsically good.
I would also have to throw in playing soccer, because of the need for physical activity, and the pure enjoyment that comes from running under the sun. It is a beautiful game, and when played well can be extremely personally fulfilling.

Love, in a family sense of the word, because I feel close to people, a job well done, because I feel I accomplished something, and seeing someone else happy, that always makes me feel good.

Have you ever seen Maslow's heirarchy of needs? It deals with what people need to be happy, starting at the basics, such as safety and shelter/food, and rising to self actualization. Anyway...

1. Feeling loved
2. When my children accomplish something
3. When I don't have to worry about paying bills
