I don't understand what it is your asking, all people can never be equal, the best you can hope for is that all people get the basic requirements needed to live and that all people are treated equally regardless of wealth colour or creed!(no special schools for the rich, no special medical facilities for the rich etc etc)
There must always be an incentive to earn more money so some people will earn more than others !
Some people will have the ability to become professionals at work after a lot of training, others will have more mundane jobs!
All this is down to your government , and also mainly down to you, you are the one that votes your government into office.
To each according to their needs, to each according to their ability, I think that's how the communist doctoring goes!
I don't think it has ever worked out any where in the world yet, but it sure sounds good to me.
So if your looking for more equality vote for the government rep' that you think will fulfil that aim.
Sounds easy doesn't it??
We have no chance!!

Understanding and discuss with each other always through organization like United Nations.When you can understand everything around you,there will be no equality or inequality among the humanity.I give you an example:If you can accept certain people's culture,will you feel anything wrong with them?It is only whether or not you can accept certain ideas.Undertanding is the best way for you to eliminate all equality and inequality feeling.

I think the world should have a panel of leaders 1 person from each country. Then they meet to discuss things with each other and agree on the best way of doin things. Also the whole world should share its wealth.
But then again i dont wanna be like evryone i wanna work hard and earn money to give myself a higher class.

Kill everyone. Once we're all dead then we'll all be equal just because we will.
The only other way would be to make all world currencies and prices the same, then everyone becomes forced to give up all their money and possessions and then divide up the money and possessions equally between everyone, only then would it be fair!

In the real world, we will never be equal. There will always be racism, prejudice and hatred.

On world level and local bodies are do wing their best ,but only bad spots on community they don't let it be implicated properly,but we have to keep trying one day we will be abale to stop these black spots and we will be Abale to help the help need people.

i think change in mentality can only make it possible .if every one can easily involve any one from world without taking care of his religon ,his country, his coloure etc. then only it can happen
