I fell in love...it was indescribable...

That is so hard to narrow to one best day of my life..........however, will have to say that the day I got married, for that was the first day of the rest of my life with my husband. I remember all of the planning, and the talking and the arguments and the exhaustion and the laughter and the jokes.......it all led up to our wedding day! There was so much anticipation, so much excitement but we decided that instead of waiting until the late afternoon as many couples do to get married, we got married at 10am!! I am very glad we did, as I didn't sleep the night before much, couldn't eat much that morning, and just couldn't wait to hold my husband's hand and begin our life together. It was one of those "picture perfect" days with the weather and everything went, as planned. It was the most touching moment, in the church when we were both so nervous and yet so filled with love, to know that our whole lives together, was beginning. It was the best when we got into our limo to take us to the reception, and knowing that I had hypoglycemia my husband pulls out of his tuxedo inside pocket, a granola bar!!! He thought of me, in the midst of all of the morning craziness, and that just made my heart melt even more. He/we may now have different opinions, different views, but we share our journey together with so much more love, caring, and respect than I ever thought possible, 20 plus years later...........

I won't answer that , but tell you a story.
Pharao Ramesis III ruled a vast empire for over 93 years. His reign was largely peaceful, commerce improved, kingdom expanded, had a happy family of a number of wives and dutiful children.
In his memoirs, he said that the number of perfect days he had was 7.
I will know my answer probably a few moments before I die, but I guess I would be too busy looking good to think about such trivialities at that moment.
But you have an option, you can make every day that day - its in your mind.

As life goes on and we experience new things, the best days multiply. It is very difficult to choose one specific day.....the birth of my 2 children earlier in life, and then I believe later in life is the day for me as a returning adult student in college, I received a college degree with honors. As a teacher, I could go on to make a difference in young people's lives. With all of my family at graduation, it was fantastic!

So far? Well..waking up on my sailboat...weather perfect...laying on the deck in the hot sun reading all day. I know...not a thriller..but it was the most peaceful, quite time I ever spent.
