Personally I have no need for either of these as I am not into gaming - what's on my LgU890 fone is enough!

I had got a Sony PSP for my birthday a year ago right when it came out. I loved it at first, the way you could watch movies and play music. But I later got over whelmed with the software of the PSP. First off in order to put music on to your PSP the songs all have to be in MP3 format, having itunes they were all in MP4. Since I didn't what to re download all my songs I just did a couple. Then when I went to get some more games I only came to find out that the price of a new PSP game is just $10 less then a Xbox 360 game. It was very hard to find Wi Fi on the PSP because of the hard set-up. I later sold my PSP and got what I should have gotten in the first place a Nintendo DS. Its was so much cheaper, the games and the DS. I love the touch screen that never got old. The games now have Wi Fi in then and the set-up is so much easier.

Overall: DS Lite

Its the way to go, easy to handle and use, all at a reasonable cost

first of all the DS can do any thing the psp can do and more and has free wifi at McDonalds better games a 100 games are more coming out for the remainder of this year I had a psp and I used it for the Internet mostly and the I sold for $250 to a friend It it was in good condition then he sold it to gamestop and DS games are cheaper as well so go with the company that has been around since 1889 and knows what there doing with the handheld market NINTENDO.

The psp is great if your into using it as a portable playstation (the graphics are near sub-ps2 quality) as well as a multimedia viewer as movies and images come out nicely, and quite an amount of songs can fit on a memory stick. However, it is costly and audiophilies may opt for the iPod for it's additional storage although movies are definately better on the psp, but if your looking to just play nintendo 64 quality games on the go and really couldn't care less, the ds is a better option for it's cheaper price.

That is a question that does not need to be answered, If someone had the choice to buy one or the other, there is no choice, its no contest. So unless your a 10 year old boy, do yourself a favor a buy the PSP, And quit being silly....PSP or Nintendo DS......LOL

I like the DS beter, just because of the interaction one has with the thouchscreen.

Also the dual screen gives nice possibilities. The PSP is more like a normal console held in the hand, a totaly diffrent experience from regular handhelds.

well! both the gadgets are better at there own place. the graphics of psp is good but to find it's cds is little hard and right now you will not have much option for the cd's you desire. where as nintendo it's in the market for quite some time and it's cd's can be easily aquired in any shopping mall or the hardware store.

I have both and when people ask me which to get, I tell them the DS.

I'm a Playstation fan, but ever since I got my MP3 player, the PSP has been useless to me. There is nothing out for it right now. I would get rid of it, but there is to be a Silent Hill game coming out for it in the winter! *drool*
