Its NWO - people have a short memory.
The WWF was killing WCW - then Eric Bischoff came up with the idea of introducing the New World Order - with Diesel and Razor Ramon basically running wild - then throw in Hulk Hogan turning Hollywood.
The NWO allowed WCW to become popular (remember how big the Monday night wrestling wars were for about 2 years) - all because of the NWO.
Yes, in the end they ran out of gas, but what they did for WCW was almost unmatched in wrestling.
And for all of the DX fans - yes they were great - but the WWF/WWE had Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock that did as much or more to make the WWE big in the 90s. No group made the impact that the NWO did.

I would have 2 say DX cuz of they're popularity....they're gimmick is over 10 years old & they decided it 2 take it out the vault & it's successful
The NWO, was made out 2 B a big joke on WWE grounds as it failed miserably....
Evolution was nothin more than a WWE version of the four horsemen...
There were several other factions that would've had DX's success had the creative teams behind them decided 2 give them the proper direction..
The Nation of Domination did fairly well just like the Ministry of Darkness, but it's sad to say that Vince seems to have never been to big on havin a dominant faction w/black men (hopefully this changes w/lashley as champ & booker as K.O.R.)....y not build a new nation of domination w/Booker, Lashley, Mark Henry, Viscera etc. with the proper writing it could work, they could even shoot an angle where the rock gives them some kind of corny pep talk...but NEwayz, back to the subject @ hand

Depends on what constitutes a group but of those you listed, the NWO is clearly at the top. To have a group with almost half the roster at the time, (I am talking about the NWO from WCW) it was amazing.
Savage, Hogan, Hall, Nash, Giant, Vincent, Debiase, Fake Sting, Japanese Wrestlers, Steiner, Buff Bagwell, Norton, it was beyond a doubt amazing.
It simply will never be matched in the world of wrestling entertainment.
DX is a cheesy gimmick which has to rely on cheesy and stale "jokes" to get bye. The NWO was simply a we have the numbers, we are taking over gimmick which was more than 10 times as successful as DX.

The original 4 Horseman. They Started and perfected the pack concept. With Ric Flair, The Anderson's, & Tully Blanchard giving new talent the springboard to excel like Sting, Chris Benoit, Barry Windham, ect.

its a toss up between DX and nWo, mainly cause if you think about it was The Cliq (HBK,HHH,Nash, and Hall.) taking over the wrestling world in two companies, I mean you saw hunter and shawn crotch chopping then on nitro you seen it again with the outsiders. Theses guys were friends. DX started all because Hunter and Shawn breaking character to give Kev and Scott thier farwell and pissing vince off.

I would have to say that DX. But one can't deny that the nation was the only faction that ever stood up and challenged DX and held its own . So The Nation and the DX that would be my answer

Rock made the Nation .Faarooq' made it to much Black Pantherist'.Owen Hart/Rock.Really showed power of the all races plus with muscle like Mark Henry (that was the best version of the Nation).
I found Evolution kind of neat besides HHH (who is stale from time to time).

It has to be unanimous - Degeneration X is the best WWE stables of all time!!!!!!!!!If you are still doubting just look out for the things to happen in the wwe because of them.
