It is possible to have arthritis or some other degenerative disease, so the advice to see a doctor is pretty good. One possible home remedy is to eat some cherries. Not kidding. One cause of joint pain is build up of uric acid and the cherries help the body eliminate it. Another thing it could be at 19 is just growing pains. Have you gained a lot of height in the last year? Glucosamine is also sold as a treatment. It is not a pain medicine, but actually helps the body repair the connective tissues in the joints. It takes several weeks to feel the results.

Be mature. Be there. Be a man. Don't hate. Respect, regardless of how the other person feels/acts towards you will go a long way towards teaching your child how to be a good citizen on this earth. Pay whatever child support voluntarily, and work hard to make sure your kid is taken care of. Go above & beyond and supply things the kid needs in addition to the child support, especially if you think the child support might be used frivilously. Buy clothes, diapers, formula. Take your visitation not as vacation but as an exchange of parental responsibility. You are responsible for finding childcare when it's your turn. You are responsible for all care and supplies while it's your turn. You are responsible for discipline while it's your turn. Time at Dad's house is not fun time to do whatever or time for you to shower your kid with gifts because you never call or see him/her any other time. Even if the ex goes batsh*t crazy on you, be mature, respect her, and keep your temper. Don't let your kid suffer because she hates you so much and is overly emotional about it (pregnant women get REALLY emotional). Finally, don't walk away. Ever. Your kid will come looking for you later wondering why you did if you do. Just be there as much as you can, call when you can, and use your visitiation when you get it. If the mom starts doing stupid stuff or doesn't want the kid or is somehow unfit, file for custody. Just the fact that you want to try to be a dad in the first place goes a long way. A lot of guys would be long gone and changed their number by now.

It is quite possible that you have arthritis, but it also could be an allergic reaction to something, or a vitamin/ mineral deficiency. The best thing to do is to get checked out by a doctor!

It is probably because you are growing fast.
It can cause pain in your ankles and knees.
You should go and see a doctor, a sports medicine doc
may be able to help you.
But there could be something else, go see a doctor!

Like everyone says, see a doctor. Also, do you have a lot of food or drink sweeted with aspartame? One of the reactions to it is arthritis-like symptoms. It happened to me. I cut out all aspartame and it stopped.

Hon, please see a doctor. There are so many things that can cause joint pain and, if it is getting worse, it warrants attention. Only a doctor can diagnose and treat whatever is going on with you.
