Telling lies is never good under any circumstances. First, you have to have a sharp memory to remember every lie you told to everybody and be consistent so you don't caught, plus sooner or later, you will find you lose credibility with yourself. The best way to be is to be honest or just don't say anything.

That's a psychopathological case ofcourse. The person usually doing that has a sense about how things are supposed to be ideally for him/her, he/she constructs a new world where he/she lives in it and whatever experiences is a lie. Manytimes people reaching that stage cannot recognize what is real and what is not because they have made lies part of their everyday life. Feeling inferior cannot be changed easily but usually when inferiority complex stops the opposite complex begins. It usually has as a start the environmental affections this person is about to experience in everyday life but my opinion is that if someone speaks the truth in his/her face is going to improve the situation a little bit.

Do things that will increase your self esteem..work harder at your tasks, find somewhere you can volunteer your time to help less fortunate people, and perhaps learn to just be silent instead of telling the lies to hide yourself...if you practice being a good person who is involved int the world around you..also you are no better and no worse than any other human being..we are all just human..maybe you have a way to go in your journey of self discovery..but it is a wonderful journey, and you may be surprised who or what you end up being..I know I was....

What you feel is decided by you. If you want to feel inferior to give yourself an excuse so be it. Don't over complicate yourself whether you like it or not, stop trying to figure who you are and start being a person. Sounds to me like you have to much time to think about it, too much thought can be a bad thing. yes people will disagree with this but whatever, a psyc problem rarely is, you mind works on chemicals, your thoughts are chemically coded. If you want to change something in between your ears then control your thinking, which will control the chemicals which will be in balance. Put simply You decide what you feel and why, you control what you think and how that impacts your life.

It can only be solved if the person decides he/she wants to change. Lying and low self-esteem are difficult to treat unless the person actively participates in the form of treatment he/she chooses. These 2 traits usually can't be fixed on one's own as there deep underlying roots that cause those things. The traits can be caused by emothional, sexual, or physical abuse. The person has to seek a therapist and often a psychiatrist to get treatment. With these 2 traits there are usually other negative traits that need addressing that will prevent the person from being successful in relationships of all descriptions and leading a successful work life. Here are web sites I found that might also help:

Build yourself self esteem. Reward yourself every time you tell the truth when you've been tempted to lie. Just come clean, but don't be brutal, or use it as an excuse to be insulting or mean. You are good enough, just like the rest of us, and do not need to lie to be accepted or liked.

Do something you've never done before, but do it only for yourself. Go bungee jumping, climb a mountain, take art classes. Dont expect something to happen overnight, all good things in life take time. KNow that you are unique, and love yourself...
