8 to 10 almonds taken with honey and milk first thing in the morning for breakfast is the best way of improving one's memory. In summers you should soak the almonds and peel off the skin...in winters you should have them without soaking. The more you chew on them, the better results.

Fish Liver and Okra ! it is a miracle and I do not know why more people do not use it.
Put 1/5 kilo of raw fish liver and 1/8 kilo of fresh Okra in the blender and liquefy. Sip this each morning and in one month you will be so smart and you will be able to remember everything. You will even remember the color of undies you wore on your 7th birthday . It is so amazing.

Eat all of them , and balanced out, but Vitamin B-12 is suppose to be a good one. u can just get the supplement at a drugstore or grocery store in capsule form. Hope this helps u okay

My memory was naturally perfect But I found out that there are free spatial test online that test the areas of the brain and tells you how to train it Good luck

apparently fish. fish boosts brain power. fish has omega 3 fats such as DHA and EPA, which help brain function and fight heart disease. DHA is found in fatty fish such as salmon, tuna and sardines.
water also helps. (water is good for everything!)
