my navel smells like a 10 day old opened can of tuna in a hot car. how can i keep this clean and smelling like botanical gardens ?
when i was at a 4th of july cookout i had attracted a swarm of nats and tons of fruit flies....is this normal ?

It could have an infection in it. Give it a good thorough clean.
Have you had your belly/navel pierced? If so, yes it is infected.
Either way give it a good clean - very salty very warm water is perfect for cleaning and disinfecting. Do this a few times a day for up to a week. If it doesn't clear you could be very sick by this stage anyway - and go see a doctor.

i think of i'm obsessed on winning the lottery becasue I stay unsleeping at night and plan what i will do with funds i do no longer even have. Its no longer even relaxing stuff... its like making plans to get an IRA and how plenty pastime i will recieve if I placed funds into I intense yield mark downs account. ~BLECH!!~ If i will lose sleep i could desire to as properly think of of a few thing reliable or sensible!

It's not the smell it's the fact that you are bent into a pretzel if your nose is in your belly button. Try laying down flat on your back.

Wash it good with SOAP - Dry it off
Cleanse it with Alcholol - Dry it off
If the smell gets to you. COVER IT UP WITH A BANDAID OR 2!

Uhh....use a cotton swab and some cool astringent after you bathe. Bathe daily.

swab it clean with cotton and a litle alchohol and wash it well. then sprinkle on some talc. itll b fine.
