Be honest here...which team do you think played better than you thought they could? Don't just say a team name because you like em...be honest. Was there an underdog that came out on top?

i have to say France be cause nobody expected them to beat Spain but they did,then they went on to defeat former world champs Brazil and Euro2004 finalists Portugal so really it is the most astonishing run that a country has acheived in this WC and now if they go on to win the Cup itself then i will really bow b4 them!! Viva la France

I think Portugal and Australia.
Portugal impressed me. I did not think they would make it past the first round at first til I saw them play. They played as a team and in union.
With Australia they were robbed of winning and everybody knows it. They have Power, Passion and Hunger. They impressed everybody and are now recognised as a team that has potential to go further in the next world cup.
France to win. Ive said it all along.

The best game for me was Italy vs Germany, they both played and excellent game but in the end someone had to win!!
I also think that Ghana is a very impressive team, considering it was their first World Cup!!

portugal played the best.
the team isn't actuallly good but the coach is awesome! if it wasn't for him they wouldn't have made it this far.
brazil played good until the france game, brazil is my favourate team but that game i hated them...i mean if they tried then yeah i'd wouldn't be so pissed off at them but they didn't even care,they were deffinetly paid and a team who puts money before there country and there fans isn't really a team.
neither italy or france disserve the world cup they aren't even that good, it should have been brazil vs someother team but they just ****ed it all up

FRANCE. They beat three great teams - Spain, Brazil and Portugal, and they're going to beat Italy today. What else do you need more!? Germany and England are lucky as they were not to face FRANCE!

It was their bad luck to play brazil in the pre quarters, but GHANA played really well with their attackin mentality and above my expectations.. Had it not been for Brazil, Ghana woula have reached the semis
