In most of these rap songs u hear them say "i'm lookin for a blockhead" or sumthin of that nature. Well, what exactly is a blockhead? It's heard most often in atlanta rap, krunk, trap, and or dirty south music

it is basically a prostitute, whore, ho, whatever you want to call it. esp. one that gives head to alot of guys, as in she gave head to all the guys on the block, aka blockhead
