Practice hard... play in pick up games... one day a pro tennis player will drive by and see your moves, and they'll ask you if you want to play pro tennis... From there you will be allowed to enter tournaments and move your way up the ladder, all while earning money and buying things like wrist bands which give you better skill levels.
Or at least that is the way it happens on all the video games I've played.

I would start off by getting a really good coach who knows the circuit. Aside from being the best at tennis, having someone who knows the ropes will help you enter tournaments and train you the right way.

A lot of money...
Be a USTA member and hire a coach. Most of professional players start really young with coaches. From that point, the coaches build their students to be competent to compete for competitions especially those in the USTA or leagues in your country if you dont live in the US.

Buy an air plane ticket to london , purchase games tickets from www.wimbledon.org and sit in comfort, relax and enjoy the masters of tennis in sun and rain.

Play USTA tournaments (sectionals, regionals, etc)... check out www.tennislink.com
If you're a teenager and aren't familiar with the things I mentioned, you're rather SOL as far as Wimbledon is concerned.

you start out as an amature and then you go to amature tornoments which lead to the opportunity to turn pro if u win a match of great value and then once your pro you start going to matches and touornments and you get know and after you continue winning you get an invation to wimbilton
