Hmmm...I can't get it to work for me either, and I live in the US. Apparently, the Australian government only banned two pages: one a list of Dutch-banned child pornography websites, and the other an explanation of the list. My guess is that they were worried about pedophiles using the list of banned websites to access child pornography. As you can't get on it at all, and neither can I, my guess is that there is just too much traffic trying to go there, or their server is down.

You can change your proxies, but if your country is smart, they would have it blocked through all ISPs on the lines. This means that you can't. :P Much love kid...move somewhere that isn't as much of a stickler...

The easiest way is to use google or altavista translation sites.
http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en
http://world.altavista.com
The hard way is buy a proxy from a provider

You might find that adding proxy.cjb.net to the end of the website address may work.
For example, replace www.yahoo.com with www.yahoo.com.proxy.cjb.net instead.
I cannot promise this but it might actually work.
Good luck
:-)
