Well you could always get used to high heels but the best is just to accept your self the way you are. The world is full of different people. Tall, short, fat, skinny. None of us are perfect and we would all like to change something about ourselves I guess that's what makes us all human. My sister is 26 and i believe you are taller than her. She likes to say I'm not short I'm vertically challenged.

There isn't anything you can do. Drugs and medicines and herbal stuff won't work. As you reach the end of puberty, which you probably have since you are 19, the bones that make you grow taller harden and can no longer grow in length.

sexy stilletos and high heeled shoes if you are a female. Being 5.2" is actually just the perfect height for most women, just be thankful for that. I know some girls that are 4.11". Most guys go for petite girls and not tall women.

I don't know if you're male or female, but there are legal growth hormones .Check with your doctor.
Being small isn't all that bad, but I can understand how you feel. Everyone wants to change something about themselves. If it's possible for you, go for it!!

There's probably not much you can do. I hit 5'2 when I was younger than you and never got any taller. Pretty much all you can do his start wearing heals. Look at it this way, you're the last one to get rained on. ;-)
