I assume you mean your period is due? I don't understand how you can have more than one...
It depends on what you mean by "next week". You *can't* have physical signs of pregnancy more than 5-6 days before your period would be. This is because you ovulate about 2 weeks before your next period and it takes at least about a week for the fertilized egg to make it to the uterus to start implanting. Before implantation, the zygote isn't attached to your body in any way, so it can't cause physical changes. A couple of days after implantation, you may have enough HCG circulating in your blood stream to cause things like sore breasts and nausea.
So...if you think your period should be in 3-4 days, the signs you describe can be indication that you are pregnant. But if you *normally* feel this way before your period, there is no way to know except to take an early pregnancy test...or to wait. (And the early test is often wrong, anyway...)

Breasts become sore before the period starts, but they become extremely sensitive and unusually sore as soon as you conceive. Nausea appears soon (morning sickness). Fatigue is not a symptom of pregnancy, it's a symptom of disease, infection, sickness. Buy a pregnancy test from the supermarket, or Rite-Aid, Sav-on or Longs Drugs. Very easy to do. Just put a few drops of morning urine on the stick and in a few minutes it will show positive (pregnant) or negative (not pregnant). If you are not pregnant, and your symptoms persist, see a doctor. A blood test will show if you have an infection. Hope you are healthy. Good luck.

Personally with my pregnancies I never had any symptoms until weeks after the pregnancy tests came back positive and never before my period was due... but everyone is different. I wouldn't get your hopes up just yet though.... Good Luck!!!

It is so hard to tell the difference between pregnancy and PMS because the symptoms are so simular. The only really reliable way is to wait until after your period should start.

It seems soon to me to be having dramatic pregnancy symptoms. We tried for many years to conceive before we finally did so and I frankly drove myself nuts analyzing every little twinge, pang, and body change. I was able to convince myself almost every month that I was pregnant based on feelings I thought were pregnancy related. Take a deep breath and just wait a few days.
